Registration

All participants including invited speakers, panelists, moderators, and session chairs are required to make registration with the payment of appropriate fee as follows:

Regular, paid by September 30	30,000 yen	(including Banquet Ticket)
Regular, after September 30/on-site	35,000 yen	(including Banquet Ticket)
Student, paid by September 30	15,000 yen	(without Banquet Ticket)
Student, after September 30/on-site	20,000 yen	(without Banquet Ticket)
Extra Banquet Ticket	6,000 yen/person	(for accompanying person or student)

Please send one form for one person. In case your payment covers more than one person, please send a name list of persons covered by the payment along with the forms. Advance registration deadline is September 30, 2007. Any registration paid after September 30 will be charged the on-site rate.

All registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by bank transfer or credit card (only for residents outside Japan). Please note that personal checks, bank drafts, or currency other than Japanese yen will not be accepted.

Credit Card (only for residents outside Japan): Please fill out the advance registration form without card information on the web first, then fill in your card information with your signature on a hardcopy of the page entitled "Registration Completed," and send it by fax or postal mail to Registration Chair. Only VISA or MasterCard will be accepted.

Cancellation: When written notification of cancellation is received by Registration Chair by September 11, 2007, refunds will be made after the workshop. All refunds are subject to a handling charge of 5,000 yen. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after September 11.

Reservation should be made by fax directly to the hotel. (Phone call will not be accepted.)

The room will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.

Confirmation will be returned by fax from the hotel in a few days.

Bring the confirmation sheet and show it on your check in.

The price includes taxes and service charges.

Payment will be made at the hotel by cash or credit card. (MC/Visa/Amex/JCB)
